I am the Elementary Library Media Specialist. I work with grades K - 6. I also am in charge of the Accelerated Reader Program (AR). I enjoy seeing the students daily and sharing books and stories with them. We do art projects, crafts, singing, and many more activities. The 'typical' quiet zone has become a somewhat louder fun zone!!! My goal is put fun back into reading!

I am happy to be the Business and Computer Technology Teacher at Hamilton Community Schools! This is my second year at Hamilton. I previously taught three years at Bellefontaine High School in Bellefontaine, Ohio and substitute taught for Williams County Schools for two years. Welcome Kindergarten Parents! I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year. Here is a little bit about me. This is my 11th year of teaching and my 6th year with Hamilton Community School. I am married to Larry Elzey and he works for the DeKalb County Sheriff's Department. We have 4 children, Madison (17), Maurissa (11), McKenna (9), and McCoy (4). I love what I do for a living and I also love to read, boat, and do family activities. I also work for Thirty-One so if you need any bags, totes, or purses let me know. Junior High Mathematics Teacher

I am one of the first grade teachers. In my classroom we work on reading, math, and phonics. I teach phonics to both of the first grade classes. With the phonics program, we do a wide variety of activities using books, activities, and games. The Waterford computer program is also part of our phonics instruction.
