How to Use These Forms
While we recommend completing forms electronically through the HCS Returning Student Registration link, all forms are available as PDFs. You may:
Fill out a form electronically, then print and sign it
Print a blank form and complete it by hand
Submission Guidelines
Submit all required forms before the first day of school or as part of a new student enrollment.
Complete situational, medical and athletic forms as needed throughout the year.
