Hamilton Community Schools will be on a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, January 9, due to weather conditions causing slick and icy roads.

Hamilton Schools announces new winter/spring hours for Community Library Hours. January 11 - May 18, 2024, the library will be open Thursdays from 6-8 PM (except Mar. 28). The library will also open the third Saturday of each month from 9 am-Noon (Jan 20, Feb 17, Mar 16, Apr 20 and May 18). The last day for open library will be Saturday, May 18.

Reminder that students return to school this coming Tuesday, January 9. BASE Camp resumes on Tuesday as well. Thank you!

Hours are Monday-Friday (7:45am-3:15pm) and follows the Hamilton Community School Calendar 🗓️ Benefits offered, 180 work days throughout the year. Salary is $23,000. Hamilton Family - Hamilton Community Schools Veteran's Day program is tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. The public is welcome. There will be a breakfast at 8:30 for any veteran. We hope to see you there, as we celebrate the great men and women of our nation!

HCS will implement single sign-on for student PowerSchool accounts during Fall Break. This change will use a student's Google login to access PowerSchool, reducing the need to remember a separate password for PowerSchool. The student/parent PowerSchool portal will be unavailable starting today through the end of Fall Break. Notification will be sent when access is available. Thank You

This is a friendly reminder to please send a snack to school with your child each day. All classrooms have a working snack period. We are finding that many students are not bringing a snack, consistently, which is becoming a challenge for our elementary office to fund. For those of you that signed up for Club B the new start date will be Thursday, September 21 from 3:15-4pm. Pick up will be at door 3 in the cafeteria.

Grandparents/Special Persons Day is this Friday, September 8 at Hamilton Elementary. Please park and enter at door 4, 6 or 8. -AM PreK through 2nd grade is from 10-10:45am. -PM PreK and 3rd-5th grade is from 1:45-2:30pm. Upon entry, help yourself to refreshments and donuts outside of the Elementary office. Please stop by our photo booth with your child that is available outside of the office! Hamilton BASE CAMP (before and after school program) is open for registration for the 2023-2024 school year! Student in Grades 6 - 12 for the 2023-2024 school year - Summer Conditioning will begin on Monday, June 12 for student-athletes in grades 6 -12. The weeks of June 12-16, 19-23, 25-30 and July 17-20 and July 24-27 will be from 7:00 a.m. - 8:20 a.m. Moratorium weeks (no activities on campus) July 3-15.
