July 23rd at 6:15pm HCS Athletics will be hosting a mandatory preseason student and parent meeting for any student entering grades 5th-12th that plans to play a sport during the 2026-27 school year.

-In person registration is on Thursday, July 23 anytime between 8 and 6 PM in the library (door 4)
-Incoming 6th grade orientation is Thursday, July 23 from 5-6pm in the Main Gym (door 1)
-All returning students must register under "returning students" at https://www.hcs.k12.in.us/page/hcs-registration-information If you register online you will not need to attend in person registration.
-Back to school Open House is Tuesday, August 4 anytime between 5-6pm. Bring your school supplies and meet your new teachers:)
Summer weights and conditioning is back in action starting tomorrow morning at 7:30am!
If you are planning on playing a sport this upcoming school year you should be attending to prepare for the upcoming seasons!

We are doing a car wash today at door 1 from 10-3 please come support HCS donations will go for a retractable flag for our main gym. Go to Fathers day gatherings with a clean car! 💙
Good evening! We are seeking parents and community members that are interested in volunteering at sporting events next school year! Positions include: ticket taking, concession workers, scoreboard operators, and announcers. Please email David.Prokop@hcs.k12.in.us if interested!
Come out this Saturday from 10am-3pm to get your car washed all while helping raise funds for a new motorized American Flag for our main gym!
All incoming 6th-12th grade athletes:
FREE summer meals begins tomorrow! Breakfast is served between 830 and 9 AM and lunch will be served between 11:30 AM and noon. Please enter at door 1. Free meals for anyone 18 and younger. Meals must be consumed on site. Please spread the word! You do not need to be a Hamilton student in order to receive a free breakfast/lunch. Thank you! 2nd semester awards take place tomorrow in the Main Gym (door 1) at the following times: AMPrek-2nd (830-9) High School (930-10) Jr High (12-1230) PMPrek & 3rd-5th (145-215) *** If your student is receiving an award an invitation was sent home last week. Parents, please sit in the bleachers. The students will be sitting in the chairs on the floor. Thank you!
Hamilton Community Schools will dismiss 2 hours early on our last day of school on June 2. Buses will run exactly 2 hours earlier in the afternoon.
